Shipment and processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 days
We ship throughout the whole year 365 days, 24/7. If we are experiencing a higher volume of orders, processing and shipping time will be longer. We excuse ourselves in advance and hope that it does not cause any inconvenience. If such delays do occur we will be in contact.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We aim to get your product to you in fastest and safest way possible. Estimated time of delivery ranges on final destination, quantity and shipment service selected. Estimated delivery is between 4-30 days’ time.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive an order confirmation as soon as the order is processed and a track number when the order is dispatched. If you do not receive it within 5 days please do not hesitate to contact us.
Customs, duties, and taxes
All taxes are included in the final price. Any further additional cost presented to the customer will be charged to the customer. EcoKaffe holds no responsibility on local custom charges.
EcoKaffe is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our customer service team which will be happy to offer support to file a claim for refund or replacement. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Any claims over 10 days post arrival at final destination will not be considered.
International Shipping Policy
EcoKaffe ships worldwide with free shipping.
EcoKaffe does not accept return of items. If proof of damaged or defective product is given our policy is to issue a refund or provide a company credit or discount to purchase new products.
